2nd Hiking Day

I'm sitting in a café in Saugues. Just over 2000 inhabitants. Also having a beer. There is a legend in this town of a wolf that kills people. Once they made a French film about it. I have walked now for 5½ hours. But still have 2¾ hours ahead of me. Rather tough today. Nevertheless, tomorrow I'll slow down. Hostels must be booked here in advance. Well. Second (third) day. Everything finds its place. 97% of the people are French. I'm really trying. My French has definitely improved. In addition, I met a pilgrim from Amsterdam and one more from Salzburg. Let's see what comes next. The highlight of the day, and I'm really happy about it, was the news from Lina. Probably 3000 km away. A bit funny. Nevertheless, I really did like her.
